Michael N. Pandelakis

Founder, President

Michael Pandelakis is a graduate of William and Mary where he studied computer science and economics. As an innovator, he longed to create a company that would marry both of these complex disciplines to create new operating efficiencies while reducing administrative costs. While a Senior Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick in the Strategic Technologies Practice based in Washington, D.C., he was exposed to the needs of blood banks and saw the perfect opportunity to assist these organizations in streamlining their operations.

In response, he created eDonor in 1994. Since that time the company and product have evolved to become the industry's premier technology platform, incorporating the latest technological innovations to provide blood banks throughout North America with a completely customizable donor management solution.

Today, Michael is widely recognized as an industry expert in the development of technological solutions for today's donor recruitment and retention efforts. He consults with numerous blood banks on issues ranging from strategic recruitment initiatives to marketing and collections management and often speaks at industry functions on the latest donor recruitment and retention technologies.

He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Alison with their four children.
Andrew Pandelakis
Vice President

Andrew Pandelakis is a cum laude graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he studied transportation and logistics. As a leader of the eDonor product development team, he used his leadership skills to manage a diverse groups of software developers, web programmers and blood banking industry consultants to help design and  build the industry's first web-based scheduling program.

Andrew also applies his unique combination of technical knowledge and organizational skills in a variety of internal capacities, including the management of several nationwide implementation projects for two of the largest blood banks in the United States.

Today, Andrew is eDonor's Vice President and is responsible for the operations and administration departments.

He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Emily with their three children.

eDonor Provides Support in Unexpected Way

While attending the ADRP Annual Conference in Las Vegas , Jan Holyko of Blood Centers of the Pacific needed to confirm the status of an important upcoming drive.
So she stopped by the eDonor booth, where she was able to login to her account and quickly check the appointment schedule before heading off to her next session!
